The location was excellent, close to the bts station. my room was spacious and well kept. I found everything very clean and tidy. the breakfast buffet offered many options, and the staff were attentive. i also noted they regularly checked the pool water to maintain cleanliness!!!
i found the gym equipment quite limited, with only basic machines available.

the breakfast had so many choices, i especially liked the free wifi. the staff were helpful, i could even play games with my family on the seventh floor. the sitting area in the lobby was useful as i waited for my ride!
customer service faltered somewhat, i wanted to extend my stay. i was called every two hours to remind me about the payment. it was annoying to get woken up so often.

the restaurant staff impressed me, they served me by the pool. their attentiveness was amazing. the city view from my room was indeed a highlight! i found the rooftop pool inviting, it looked well kept.
i noticed the hotel only had a single washer and dryer set available. this could pose an inconvenience during peak times. i hope they add another set soon.

The gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes. These was modern. the rooftop pool was especially well kept with clear, clean water. Its design complements the urban landscape.

The included breakfast featured many options. It had a cooking station where you could order an omelette or fresh noodle soup. My housekeeper did a great job, and she was really nice. I loved the quiet location, close to a skytrain station.
The shower screen allowed water to splash out. Floor mats were too thin and unable to soak up water.
